The Fairway Duplex
A three-bedroom duplex over the fairways — re-floored across both levels, with a new kitchen, four bathrooms, a powder room and a maid's bathroom all rebuilt, and a maid's room created from scratch.
A large two-level home with a golf-course view, reworked where it counts — floors, kitchen, bathrooms and a new maid's room.
New flooring runs through both levels, from the open living and dining room up to the bedrooms. The kitchen was replaced with oak-toned cabinetry, white quartz worktops and matte-black hardware, set under a window that looks out over the course. All four bathrooms and the powder room were rebuilt from scratch in warm marble-effect tile, with walk-in glass showers, lit niches, wall-hung WCs and LED mirror cabinets. We also created a new maid's room with its own bathroom.
