Case Study — Discovery Gardens, Dubai
The Light Study
A dark, dated apartment — wrapped in cherry veneer and beige — remade into something that finally breathes light.

The Brief
Every surface fought the daylight. We took the apartment back to a blank canvas and rebuilt it around one idea — lightness.
The cherry-veneer joinery, beige ceramic and terracotta floors read heavy and closed. We stripped it back, refinished the carpentry in white, ran a single large-format porcelain across the whole plan, and re-detailed the kitchen and bathroom in a restrained palette of stone, white and matte black. The footprint never changed — the feeling of the place did.
