The Brief
A full villa renovation, now under way. Demolition is in progress and handover is planned within three months.
The design runs one material language through the whole house. Travertine-effect flooring flows from the open living and dining room to the bedrooms, fluted oak frames the feature walls, and concealed cove lighting with linear AC slots keeps the ceilings clean. The kitchen gets oak cabinetry, a waterfall-edge island and an integrated laundry. The master suite and the three further bedrooms get full-height wardrobes, vanity desks and lit TV walls. Every bathroom and the powder room is rebuilt in warm stone-effect tile with walk-in glass showers, wall-hung WCs and matte-black fixtures.
